Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (CST).
A lineman is on stand-by 24/7 to repair your outage.
Before reporting an electric outage, please check your fuses or breakers to determine if this is the cause of your outage.
Report your outage through the SmartHub button on our home page or through the SmartHub app.
When reporting an outage by phone, please report the following information:
- The name and address under which your billing is listed
- What time the electricity went off
We will get to the problem as quickly as possible. Please be patient in cases of widespread outages.
